MusicMouse undertakes to replace within an reasonable time any order that has been damaged or lost by the transport agency.
5. Legal guarantee, returns and exchanges
5.1. Legal guarantee
In the event of a defective product, MusicMouse will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the client. MusicMouse is responsible for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within 2 years from delivery.
